The best and preferred way to schedule an appointment is by calling 910.622.8548 or scheduling online. (You can find the link at the top left corner of each page.) After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a confirmation. You will also receive a reminder the day before your appointment.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least a 48 hour notice before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the cost of your service and a No Show Fee of 90% of your service. As a courtesy to our clients, we issue an Email or Text reminder prior to your scheduled appointment.
We understand there may be times when guests are running late. Each guest’s time is important, so we kindly ask that you call ahead if you are going to be late. If you are more than five minutes late, you will be marked as a no show and may need to reschedule your appointment. Arriving late may limit the time of your service, as your service will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. Please call if you know you are going to be late and we will try to accommodate you.
At this time, walk-ins are generally not accepted. If you are seeking same day services, please check appointment availability online or contact the front desk.
At Carter Kayte, our policy is to allow one person in the treatment room at a time. While we understand there are times when you may need to bring your child, please understand that the child must be able to sit in a chair in the room with you for the duration of the service or on your lap. There are also various services in which children are not permitted due to the length of time and/or your eyes being closed.
Yes. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out paperwork and enjoy a beverage.
The age requirements for services are as follows:
Facials
Guests of Carter Kayte must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy skin care services. Minors (age 16-17) must be accompanied by a parent. A Minors Authorization and Release Form must be completed prior to receiving a facial service.
Waxing
Guests of Carter Kayte must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy waxing services. Minors (age 16-17) must be accompanied by a parent. A Minors Authorization and Release Form must be completed prior to receiving a wax service.
